Operator in Regional branch “Ucell- Buxoro”
There is a vacancy announcement for the position of Operator of Buxoro Customer Care Team in Retail Management Department
- Provide information services to the available and potential customer in visiting territorial area;
- Visit in scheduled order to the territorial areas in accordance with the approved schedule and route for provision of its services to the customers;
- Execute contracts for provision of the Company services and realization of primary service package, demonstrates working peculiarities with mobile telephone and use of the Company services;
- Activate\deactivate the Customer in the billing system of the Company directly in visited territorial areas via remote access to the system;
- Provide additional and change available services in accordance with the needs and wishes of Customers;
- Prepare and issues bills for communication services and if required provides explanations to Customers;
- Re-legalize and terminates contracts for rendering of cellular radio telephone communication network services;
- Control the Customers’ balance and received payment for the Company services;
- Build needs in usage of existing and planned new services of the Company to be launched into the market;
- Receive Customers’ requests, demands and proposals;
- Participate in development of proposals oriented to preventing subscriber base churn and increasing the Customers’ loyalty as well as in development of measures on preventing debt creation and payment by Customers;
- Accomplish measures oriented to preventing Customer debt creation;
- Prepare current reports including daily ones and reports on performed works for a certain period according to the established form;
- Monitor daily its vehicle on proper operation (TO-1) in case of failure finding, inform concerned services on necessity of relevant work execution (this item is excluded in case of personal car usage);
- Fulfill the works in compliance with the procedures, decrees and instructions, including decrees and instructions received from direct manager and Departments’ directors where they carry out their activity via e-mail.

- Higher education;
- Not less than 1 year of work experience in the sphere of customer relations;
- Knowledge Uzbek language – fluency, Russian language - upper-intermediate, English is preferable;
- Have the right to drive B category and above;
- Driving experience not less than three years;
- Microsoft office.
- Have knowledge in the sphere of work with clients, as well as the requirements existing in this sphere, local normative documents;
- Apply the received knowledge in practice to meet the current and anticipated needs of the client;
- The ability to work independently, regardless of the set tasks and their complexity;
- The ability to think analytically and to predict the situation;
- Willing to analytical works.
