This March TeliaSonera introduces a new whistle-blower solution in the form of an externally hosted Speak-Up Line. It is an important part of the work that the newly established Ethics and Compliance Office is responsible for. Since September last year the E&C Office has grown to five members under the leadership of Michaela Ahlberg.

TeliaSonera will with this solution be better able to conduct a responsible business by enabling all stakeholders to raise concerns in a secure and confidential way. Initially Speak-Up Line is a web portal in English. During the course of 2014 local language versions will be introduced in the markets where TeliaSonera operates, as well as the possibility to report to a Call Centre operated by the external solution provider.

Ways of reporting incidents
