What are the most important changes in our way to handle risks?
‘If you want to achieve change, you need to recognize your own inadequacies, even if it is painful. TeliaSonera has made great improvements in a short time, and the prerequisite for getting momentum was Michaela Ahlberga swift change of mind and values. Our leadership wants us to talk about difficult issues, such as corruption and violations of human rights, and demands continuous improvements and transparency. What is TeliaSonera’s focus right now?
‘We are now getting all the policies, frameworks and reporting structures in place, which is the foundation for every organization handling risks in an orderly way. We need to work with our efficiency handling risks and continuously debate what level of risks we can accept’, says Michaela Ahlberg
