Gold rating for Telia Company's sustainability work
Telia in Estonia has received a gold-level quality label from the Corporate Social Responsibility Forum, the highest level of recognition for a fair, conscious, and environmentally friendly business.
"This acknowledgement shows that we have made the right decisions in several areas, and we plan to continue in the same way," says Katrin Isotamm, Head of Communications at Telia Estonia. "We are continuously launching new initiatives and projects, improving our methods even more."
One the most recent projects initiated is Younite, an initiative enabling Telia employees to develop Estonian digital society. To achieve this, Telia gives each full-time employee eight hours of paid time to be used for volunteering.
About the CSR award
