Telia Estonia has the best service quality among large enterprises

Telia Estonia was rated the highest in pleasantness of service in a survey about service quality in large enterprises in Estonia.


The survey, conducted by Faktuk and Ariko end of last year, included 11 local companies from banking (Swedbank, SEB, LHV Bank, Nordea Bank), telecommunications (Telia, Tele2, Elisa), energy (Eesti Energia, Eesti Gaas), and postal and logistics services (Omniva) sectors. The survey sample included 1,000 people between ages 15 and 74. The nationwide representative range was created based on location, gender, age, and nationality.

Telia Estonia was rated the highest in pleasantness of service (5-3-1 system), Swedbank was in the second place. Swedbank, LHV Bank, and Telia received equal scores in solving customers’ problems. When two categories - pleasantness of service and solving customers’ problems - were combined, Telia came first, followed by three banks: Swedbank, LHV Bank, and SEB.
