TeliaSonera Denmark offers free telephone meetings

Telephone meetings have become an interesting alternative to normal
meetings due to the increase of internationalisation and the
proliferation of technology in companies. TeliaSonera Denmark offers
companies a free test period to try out the opportunities offered by
telephone meetings.

Today, telephone meetings are already held by major international
groups, but smaller companies can also benefit from using telephone
meetings. Telephone meetings are particularly advantageous to companies
whose departments are geographically spread out, who travel a great deal
or who need to hold meetings with external working partners but do not
have the time to travel backwards and forwards every time there is a
need for a meeting.

"Telephone meetings have become a cheap and time-saving alternative for
many companies because they often have departments, clients or working
partners that are geographically located far away from the company. At
the same time, telephone meetings meet the company's need for simple and
manageable communication solutions. TeliaSonera has experienced a great
deal of success with telephone meetings in Sweden, and we would like to
offer Danish companies the chance to test our technology without it
costing them anything," says Peter Bredgaard, CEO for Telia Networks.

TeliaSonera Denmark offers companies the chance to try out two types of
telephone meeting products completely free of charge - Telia Direct
Telephone Meeting and Telia Web Telephone Meeting. With Telia Direct, a
company can hold a meeting with up to 20 people at the same time. Using
his special code, the meeting particpant calls a number and is then
hooked up to the meeting. The meeting supervisor decides who will
particpate in the meeting and always knows who is talking.

Telia Web is an excellent presentation module if, for instance, you need
to show a presentation at a meeting. Telia Web can be used
advantageously in conjunction with Telia Direct, but can be used as
stand-alone technology. The programme's chat function enables
participants to communicate directly with one another in writing,
removing the need for several participants to be talking at once.

In order to give companies the opportunity to test the benefits of Telia
Direct and Telia Web, TeliaSonera Denmark is offering both products free
during October. In this way, companies can experience for themselves
just how Telia Telephone Meetings can save time and reduce budgetary
spending. During November and December there will also be a 25 %
discount on Telia Direct Telephone Meeting.
