My Sonera service concept now expanded for SME customers

My Sonera, the most flexible and adaptable service on the market, is now expanded for small and medium-sized enterprises. The service, which can be tailored according to the employees’ individual needs, is an answer for the customer’s all communications needs from mobile communications, broadband and data communications to terminal equipment and company-level communications services.

“The My Sonera mobile subscription launched for consumer customers in the spring has turned out to be a success, so it is natural that we now launch this new service, which has helped to enhance customer orientation on the market, for our corporate customers as well. The surveys we have conducted show that customers want a straightforward service model that can be easily tailored to a company and its employees and that helps to remove the company’s communications problems from the agenda. My Sonera B2B meets these wishes, for everything works and adapts according to the needs of the customer and individual employees,” says Esa Rautalinko, Senior Vice President of Mobility Services Finland.

My Sonera B2B is built in the same way as the service provided for the consumer customers. The company can select a mobile phone and subscription services for each employee from the voice and text-message packages and supplementary services available. In addition to mobile phone services, other communications services, such as broadband access, a PC and a mobile phone to be paid off either by cash or by instalments can be selected specifically for each user, and a fixed Internet access, wireless LAN, home-page maintenance service, information security, a national numbering scheme and Mobicentrex can be selected for the company.

Apart from the fully tailored model, the customer can also opt for a My Sonera Easy Box office solution, which is delivered on a turnkey principle and which comprises dedicated corporate-customer service and user support, and information and communications services selected and put together by a specialist and pre-installed on the mobile phones and PCs of the customer's choice. The extensive package offered at a flat-rate, user-specific monthly charge is a cost-effective, carefree comprehensive service for the office and the personnel, with expenses that are easy to anticipate by the company.

Above all, SMEs need solutions for their basic communications and data-transfer needs. According to Sonera’s trend survey, 40% of Finnish companies with at most 500 employees intend to increase their investments especially in communications technology that enables mobile work, such as laptops, mobile email and 3G mobile phones.
