Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Telia Company’s Board of Directors has adopted the principles stated in this group anti-bribery and corruption policy. In our day-to-day operations we expect every employee of Telia Company to follow this Policy and related Instructions as our way of conducting the business. We also work towards adopting the principles of this Policy in all the operations in which Telia Company has ownership interests.
The principles stated in this Group Policy cover external and internal communication to make sure it is performed in a coordinated, efficient and professional manner.

Freedom of Expression and Surveillance Policy
GLOBAL NETWORK INITIATIVE (GNI)
All over the world companies in the ICT-sector face increasing government pressure to comply with domestic laws and policies in ways that may conflict with the internationally recognized human rights of freedom of expression and privacy.
In response, a multi-stakeholder group of companies, civil society organizations (including human rights and press freedom groups), investors and academics – together some 50 entities - have joined together in a collaborative approach to protect and advance freedom of expression and privacy in the ICT sector, and formed this Global Network Initiative (GNI). Telia Company is an active member of the GNI. Our active participation stimulates shared learning on how to best respect freedom of expression and privacy and provides leverage to advocacy promoting freedom of expression and privacy in the ICT industry.

Supplier Code of Conduct
Telia Company has adopted the principles for responsible business conduct as described in the Telia Company Code of Ethics and Conduct and we encourage our Suppliers to adhere to similar ethical standards in their operations as we consider this as an important criterion when establishing or continuing our business relations.
The Telia Company Group Supplier Code of Conduct defines the conduct we expect from our Suppliers in order to protect human rights as well as respect and promote safe and fair working conditions, the responsible management of environmental issues and high ethical standards along the supply chain.
