It´s all about willingness to share
In preparation for our next challenge we gathered for a full day reverse mentoring workshop with Saulė Balčiūnienė. Both to learn the art of effective mentoring but also to together shape the goals and expectations both for ourselves and our future executive management mentees. For example one thing that we all agreed was important for a successful mentor/mentee relationship is the willingness to share, both learnings and challenges. I think I can speak for all of us when I say that I learned a lot of new means in the area of “behavior, coaching & feedback”. With the help of Saulė I think we all feel more prepared to take on the challenge of reverse mentoring.
