Atlassian Products Developer (OSS)

Right now, we are looking for Atlassian Products (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, ...) Developer for OSS department. I am Donatas Jonušas, the leader of our Assurance team in Vilnius. We are a great bunch of people and I am super proud of every single member of my team.

Your next challenge?

As a member of my team in Vilnius, you will develop technical solutions to support project management/delivery management, resource planning/time management, ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, request management) and other, not yet identified services for Telia, locally and internationally.

It is a job that calls for someone who understand business, processes and people. You will be

developing solutions, based on customer needs together with your team. And you will also be

coaching and act as an internal consultant for colleagues within other parts of our organization

Your responsibilities?

  • Day-to-day development/configuration/scripting activities with Atlassian products (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, ...)
  • Develop and support integrations with other IT systems/platforms
  • Third level support
  • Analyze and propose other Atlassian products or add-ons required to run the business

Your Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in IT field
  • 2+ years experience in Java/Groovy programming, PostgreSQL DB
  • Quick and bright analytical/programming skills
  • Experience with multiple and complex projects
  • Knowledge of JIRA administration and customization will be considered as advantage
  • Experience with using JIRA REST APIs for integration schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes will be considered as advantage
  • Experience with Agile methodology will be considered as advantage
  • General understanding about ITIL service management will be considered as advantage
  • Passion for new technologies, trends, patterns and frameworks
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English (spoken and written)
