We are looking for candidates to join our successful DareTrainee program. It’s a year when you work closely with your colleagues within Business Transformation, get to know the other DareTrainees and interact with your mentor from Executive management. The program is about understanding our strategic agenda, work with our innovation toolbox and dare to challenge the way we work, but also about a tailored scheme, where you will grow and develop both on a personal and professional level within your field.

We are looking for a Business Transformation Analyst DareTrainee. Our Business Transformation department in Norway consists of change agents shaping the future of Telia Norway by providing subject matter expertise within the areas of Customer Experience, Innovation, Digitalization, Robotics & Process Management and Wholesale and Partnership.
You will follow our experts closely and support them in their daily work, helping them in their analysis, gaining insights from various external and internal sources, facilitating and summarizing workshops, and providing decision material on the way forward to our management team in Telia Norway. You´ll be joining our team of change agents, providing your point-of-view and contributing to developing the business in one of the most connected industries in Norway.
Our works consists of bringing together people in the organisation through projects and workshops, analysing critical matters, creating hypothesis, prototypes or analysis and recommendations for next steps to the management team. You´ll be working with key stakeholders in the organisation, summarizing the input from meetings and workshops.

- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering and/or Organizational Development or equivalent
- Fluency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English
- Setting up strategy & business plans (from a strategic & financial perspective)
The position is located at Telia Norways’s headquarter in Oslo, however you are set to travel, not at least to Telia Company’s new headquarter in Stockholm.
