Right now, we are looking for a leader to the area of People Sourcing within People & Brand. I am Ulrika Holmgren and I am leading our People Sourcing Group. If you like to play a critical role in bringing the best talents to Telia Company and to develop value adding concepts and processes that are not only best practice today but in the future – then this is the job for you.
Your next challenge?
You will lead the area of People Sourcing within People & Brand, to cultivate an amazing and innovative Telia culture in line with our exiting journey towards New Generation Telco. The People Sourcing is one of our key people processes and has high strategic importance. You will be responsible for developing a global sourcing and recruiting process and solution and implementing it in collaboration with the People hub and the business, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices across countries and functions.
You will take the lead in designing, challenging and implementing best in class processes and tools throughout Telia in line with our new HR delivery model and organization. You will identify opportunities and recruitment trends and using digitalization to take our high-quality recruitment process and recruitment tools to the next level, beyond the traditional. You understand the specific needs and challenges of an organization delivering competencies in a competitive market.
You have experience of implementation and change management with a deep understanding and proven track record of what is takes to make a sustainable change in an organization. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and driving the cooperation with different recruitment suppliers, e.g. executive search, recruitment and assessment partners. You have the capability to drive change and working closely together with multiple countries and functions to support business needs.
If you decide to take upon this challenge, you’d be Global Lead People Sourcing and you will be a part of a passionate international team in a dynamic and changing business environment and you will lead and create effective processes and routines with a focus on people and business together. You will collaborate and work tightly with other functions such as our excellent team of People sourcing specialists, the People Hub, Employer Brand, People Analytics and more.
The position is based in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia or Lithuania.
