For this new role, we are seeking a purpose driven and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our effort to become the leading IoT solutions provider in the Nordics & Baltics.
Reporting to the Sales Manager Norway, Enterprise & Public IoT you will have sales responsibility for IoT. You will be responsible for new and incremental sales working closely with the country sales organisation, partner management and marketing to deliver GTM excellence, ensuring that plans and execution are insight-driven and customer-centric. We are looking for a sales person with an outstanding record of accomplishment building, commercializing and scaling businesses. You will demonstrate an ability to work across domains, with an emphasis on customer experience, sales and channel management.

As a member of the IoT Sales team in Norway, play an active role in executing and refining its wanted position as a vital part of of Telia Company’s emerging businesses.
Execute a clear value adding strategy for our customers based on our toolbox of IoT offerings.
Work in close collaboration with Telia Norge Sales Management with regards to joint forecasting and operational planning
P&L accountability for your direct & channels sales
Strive to provide an exceptional customer experience with meaningful and sustainable differentiation.
Participate in the team work to deliver exceptional execution including overseeing budgets, targets, and operations.
3+ years of B2B business management experience with a leading Telco or ICT company
Experience in strategy development and planning with demonstrated success in translating customer research and insights into impactful results
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
Experience within M2M/IoT is highly desirable, but not required.
