Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) governs how we secure the integrity of your information. It consists of our Information Security Governance and Enterprise Information Security Risk Management processes and their supporting system, specifying requirements on information security and risk management across all our organizational entities. We are proud to hold an ISO/EIC 27001:2013 certification based on our ISMS.

To make sure we have full coverage of our security domain for all our networks and services, Telia’s Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) monitors and acts upon cyber security incidents 24x7x365. The GSOC is located throughout the Nordics, with a global reach as member of the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST) and also as a Trusted Introducer (TF-CSIRT).
