TeliaSonera will have new operating model from April 1st
TeliaSonera introduces a new operating model April 1st in order to increase its customer focus through clearer local accountability. With clearer governance the Group’s strategy, including sustainability and compliance, will be enhanced.
The countries will be the leading dimension in this new operating model, which is where we interact with the customers. It will improve TeliaSonera’s local operations’ ability to provide an even better customer experience. The country structure will be grouped in three geographic areas; Europe, Eurasia and Sweden.
