Telia has Sweden's most satisfied business customers
The yearly Swedish Quality Index (Svenskt Kvalitetsindex, SKI) shows that Telia continues to have the country's most satisfied business customers. Telia Company's youth mobile brand Halebop has the most satisfied private customers.
Telia in Sweden, which has launched the services "Personal Advisor" and "Personal Technician" for its business customers, has been awarded with the highest rank in customer satisfaction for the tenth year. These services will help customers find the right solution, get started and get support with tech issues.
"We are very pleased and proud of the top ranking and the rating from our customers. It is proof that we are on the right track and that our initiatives with personal services pay off, but there is still a lot to do and we will therefore continue to put more effort in making life easier for our business customers," says Charlotta Rehman, head of Telia business customers in Sweden.
Consumers favor smaller brands
Telia's youth mobile brand Halebop's focus on customer services continue to earn the gold – Halebop won the customer satisfaction award for the eighth year in a row, followed by Vimla and Comviq.
The SKI results also show that Telia is outstanding in the mobile coverage category, both for consumers and business customers, and is considered to be the most reliable of all operators.
