Kurt Engelvuori appointed Vice President of Quality at TeliaSonera Finland

Kurt Engelvuori, M. Sc. (Econ.), 50 years, has today been appointed TeliaSonera Finland’s Vice President of Quality. The Vice President of Quality will be responsible for the quality strategy and process development on the TeliaSonera Finland level.
Engelvuori joins TeliaSonera Finland from Nokia, where he has previously served as Vice President of Quality and Processes, in Nokia’s Networks business group. At the business group, Engelvuori has been responsible, for example, for revamping the customer satisfaction process, the millennium project, the renewal programme of Networks’ global order and delivery models, and sales model planning. Before Nokia, Engelvuori was employed at Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible, for example, for developing the sales process of Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Engelvuori will start at TeliaSonera Finland on February 20, 2006 and report to Esa Korvenmaa.
