– More and more customers are purchasing complete managed “functions” instead of individual services
The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv) has signed a three-year agreement with TeliaSonera Sweden. The agreement, valued at approximately SEK 35 million, is one of several managed services contracts that Telia has signed with customers in recent months.
“This is a new way of purchasing communication services,” says Anders Tillander, Vice President of Sales for the Enterprise Segment at TeliaSonera Sweden. “A growing number of companies want a complete ready-to-use package that they can easily order and implement.”
The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise has signed an agreement for managed services covering both fixed and mobile telephony. Telia is responsible for ensuring that the managed service functions as agreed, that it is developed on the basis of the customer’s needs and requirements, and that technical equipment is maintained. The purpose is to create a structure that enables improvements and savings for the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and its members. The Confederation intends to implement the managed telephony function at all its regional offices in Sweden.
