TeliaSonera signs Managed Services contract with Folksam

TeliaSonera assumes total responsibility for Folksam’s communications platform by a three-year agreement on Managed Services. The value of the agreement is approximately SEK 100 million.

TeliaSonera will take over and upgrade Folksam’s current communications platform and assume total responsibility for the company’s communications as regards fixed and mobile voice services and WAN services. In addition, Telia Sonera undertakes to build up the technology platform underlying Folksam’s Call Center.
