Sonera awarded ISO 9001 quality certificate
TeliaSonera’s business area Integrated Enterprise Services in Finland has attained the SFS-EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate for managed services. The certificate, which was granted by Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy, will ensure that the quality system of the organization meets the requirements of the standard set for managed services.
Certified managed services include telecommunications networks, workstations and servers as well as associated product development, sales, delivery, service management and billing in Finland.
TeliaSonera’s strength in the enterprise market lies particularly in IT solutions focused on communications. ”The quality experienced by the customer is the major indicator of our activities.
