Telia’s broadband support the best in the Nordic countries

Telia’s Swedish broadband support was awarded recognition for the best Nordic technical support in 2007 in a comparison of 13 Nordic companies made by TechCity Nordic.

Each year TechCity Nordic surveys the technical support provided by different companies in Sweden. This year the survey was conducted in June and July, and for the first time it also covered companies in other Nordic countries. The broadband support units of 13 Nordic companies were contacted via telephone, web and email. The service and quality were assessed, and TechCity Nordic found Telia’s Swedish broadband support the best in the test.
