DareTrainee Alumni in Denmark
On Friday 2nd December 2016 we took a super early flight to Copenhagen, where we were greeted by the CEO Morten Bentzen and his team in Telia Denmark office. Morten explained the market situation in Denmark really well and he got us completely engaged in the discussion. We then took some time to talk about the company culture with Mattias Kanold from HR and now we bear the mission to become Culture Observers.
In the afternoon, we continued to listen to a convergence project for our Danish customers, where Telia Denmark aims to be the “hub to what matters”. Using one self-service application to manage subscriptions and switch between Value Added Services, Danish customers can now enjoy Telia’s product and services easier than ever. We also got the opportunity to listen with our hearts to our challenger brand in Denmark, Call Me. They take their campaign “tal ordentligt” seriously and all employees give all their heart to make an impact to the society. It’s truly a brand to love. Before we left beautiful Copenhagen, we listened to JUMP, an innovation initiative in Denmark. JUMP took in external startups to participate in a hackathon and accelerator program where they get access to Telia expertise and network. Looking forward to see good things coming out of the program.
CEO Morten Bentzen
All in all, it was a great day with a lot of insights, and the DareTrainees got to spend some time together again. Looking forward to the next alumni event!
