Tele Finland and Tradeka Oy launch a cooperation that brings Tele Finland’s ready-to-use Helppo subscriptions to Tradeka’s neighbourhood shops. Customers are able to buy a Tele Finland Helppo subscription and load it up with talk time in the nearest Siwa or Valintatalo shop.
The cooperation between Tradeka and Tele Finland makes Tele Finland’s subscriptions easily and quickly available to everyone in Finland. Customers can now buy Tele Finland’s ready-to-use Helppo subscriptions in 740 Siwa and Valintatalo shops around the country.
”Siwa and Valintatalo shops help us to provide quick and extensive service throughout Finland. At the shop checkout you can buy a Helppo subscription or load it up with talk time. You can later register the subscription on the Internet to turn it into a post-paid subscription,” says Sonja Pihlaja, marketing manager of Tele Finland.
Mobile subscriptions are an interesting addition to the offering of Siwa and Valintatalo shops. Even at present, Siwa’s offering includes services of Matkahuolto, Swedish Post and Itella, as well as groceries.
”We want to develop our neighbourhood shops’ offering further and thereby simplify the customers’ everyday lives,” says Kari Luoto, CRM of Tradeka.
Tradeka Oy is the third largest retail business in Finland and the leader in the neighbourhood shop market. Tradeka has three nationwide shop chains: Siwa, Valintatalo and Euromarket.
Tele Finland provides basic mobile communications services at an affordable rate. Tele Finland’s services operate in Sonera’s extensive high-quality network.
